Kanjeru Primary School

Kanjeru Primary school is a public institution which is located in Muguga Ward, Kabete Constituency of Kiambu County. It was started in 1954 as a community informal school and grew to a fully registered school in 1962. The current total enrolment of the school is 757 pupils, which consist of 636 in primary, 42 in special education and 79 in Early Child Education (ECDE).


Currently we are having feeding program in Kanjeru Primary School and also working on furnishing the special needs unit.


Daily Lunch Programme

The lunch programme has been benefiting 250 pupils from needy families. Each school day, the needy school children are provided with porridge and an egg at 10 am. During lunch, the children are given a plate of rice with beans or ndengu (green grams) and a fruit.
